How can I order Custom Ice Cream Cakes?
- Customomized cakes take 5+ days to make. Please order in advance!
- Choose “Custom Cake Preorders” as your pickup location.
- Choose “Custom Ice Cream Cake” or “Custom Vegan Ice Cream Cake” order item to begin.
How can I order composed cakes (such as Matcha Made in Heaven) with my own ice cream / cake / frosting flavors?
- Customized cakes takes 5+ days to make. Please order in advance!
- Choose “Custom Cake Preorders” as your pickup location.
- Click on the desired composed cake (such as Matcha Made in Heaven). Write in “notes” section the flavor of ice cream you would like to switch out. Notes section can be found in the payment section of the checkout menu.
Additional note on ready-made composed cakes:
- All of our shop locations have ready-made composed cakes on display that can be picked up anytime without ordering in advance. These cannot be customized. These cannot have writings on them. We offer wooden cake toppers that say “Happy Birthday”/ “Hooray” / “Congrats” that can be purchased.
